Solar Cell Annealing

GTI’s gyrotron beam solar cell heating technology provides rapid heating of semiconductors on a glass surface to temperatures of over 1000C without damaging the glass. Electrical properties are significantly improved and common, inexpensive glass can be used without associated problems. Efficiency is improved, costs reduced, yields enhanced. GLS laminating can also be applied to solar cells.
