GTI’s Gyrotron Beam solar cell heating technology provides rapid annealing of semiconductors on a glass surface to temperatures of over 1000C without damage. Electrical properties are significantly improved and processing cycle simplified. Efficiency is improved, costs reduced, and yields enhanced.There are gyrotron applications for rapid heating of thin-layer a-Si, CIGS, Cd-Te, and other semiconductors.
